With more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant, I have led and supported numerous projects across various industries, with a focus on industrial products and manufacturing. My mission is to enable and empower businesses to grow, innovate, and transform in a complex and dynamic environment. I leverage my credentials as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, as well as my knowledge and network as a Member of Working Groups at Industrie 2025 and a Lecturer at Institut für Finanzdienstleistungen IFZ. I am passionate about sharing insights and best practices on topics such as restructuring and turnaround management, digital business models, and industry 4.0.
